02 Onboarding Call
Accepted applicants complete a detailed intake and schedule a 1:1 onboarding call with Kyl. This aligns expectations, clarifies the plan, and sets up the first phase of programming.
03 Programming Delivered
Your training program and nutrition targets are built around your specific goals, schedule, and current level. Nothing is templated. Every variable has a reason.
04 Ongoing Adjustments
Progress is tracked against objective markers. Programming is adjusted based on real data - not assumptions. This is what separates a structured coaching system from a guessing game.
